New apprentices at WOLF At the beginning of September 2025, 10 new apprentices began their training at WOLF Systembau – motivated, curious and with strong regional ties. Many of the young people come directly from the surrounding area, which strengthens our connection to the region and promotes the development of qualified skilled workers locally. Dual apprenticeships as an opportunity for strong prospects Some of our apprentices take advantage of the opportunity to complete a dual apprenticeship: with just one additional year of training, they can obtain a second vocational qualification. This opens up a wide range of opportunities, broadens career paths and offers long-term prospects within the company. Our trainers support the apprentices from the outset with practical knowledge, team spirit and appreciative support – enabling the young people to learn to take on responsibility in real-life projects.
