Get information now The spin anchor is a round and corrosion-resistant cast iron plate which is anchored into the ground with six to twelve threated roots. The length of those roots can variate depending on the requirements and soil conditions between two to six meters. Tensile loads up to 20 t vertically and 13 t horizontally can accommodated- even with difficult soil conditions which would challenge traditional foundations. A major advantage of the spin anchor system is the fast and simple assembly. The foundation is- depending on the kind- ready for use within an hour completely without concrete, hardening period or waiting times. The assembly is possible year around- even in the cold- with special gear-driven manual screwing machine. For different usages special joints were developed which makes strong connections with building parts possible.
