Own equipment for maximal efficiency: we place our wall form work with our own cranes and install the reinforcement without delays. Sped up reinforcement: instead of time taking connecting of single rods on the site we use special prefabricated WOLF System reinforced meshes. This ensures a fitting and exact installation and shortens the assembly times a lot. System formwork for perfect results: depending on the requirements we use small- or big-formwork systems which provide fast cycle times and a first-class concrete surface. Monolithic construction: jointless, tight and extremly stabile The core object of our construction is a monolithic concrete layer. Wall and – depending on the tank size – also the roof are concreted in a singel work process. No joints, no weak points: This technique creates a jointless tank wich is naturally tight and extremely robust. Safe even in complicated locations: the massive jointless construction is after the right static calculation resistant to soil pressure on the side, inclines or ground water flow. Flexible additions: all required gaps and additional components like pipe penetrations, shaft food or mans holes are positioned precisely and are integrated directly into the concrete pour.
