Get information now Maximal tightness: our formwork without anchor holes The big advantage of our construction is the restriction of wall anchors and space holders which would connect internal and external form. No weak points: there are no weak points of joints in our walls as there are no anchor holes which would have to be sealed later on. Guaranteed tightness: The result is a natural tight and jointless tank – a quality characteristic which classis formworks can only achieve through intense work Perfect surface: for special requirements like in drinking water storage or in visible surfaces, the internal form can be coated with a special floss or plastic foil. A) wall forms for every diameter We separate small- and big-area forms, to act flexibly on project sizes and site conditions Small-area formworks: ideal for small to mid diameters from 2,00m to 20,00m. Big-area formwork: efficient for tanks with diameters from 5,00 to 33,00 ( all diameters are chose able in 50 cm steps, all usual wall strengths are doable. ) B) roof formworks for every high and capacity For the construction of tank ceilings we offer diverse systems depending on the wall Hight and static requirements: For tanks with a Hight up to 6,00 m: classic roof formwork, system roof formwork ( diameter 10 -22 m ) For tanks with a Hight over 6,00 m: support roof formwork, system roof formwork ( diameter 10 -14 m ) C) special formwork for silos and special buildings Silo roof formwork: special system- and support formworks for silo diameters from 2,5m to over 14,00m Special formwork: formworks for pillars ( incl. pillar head ) and dome roof ( diameter 6,00m to 12,00m ) for complex geometry.
